Thank you you for allowing your athlete to participate in our first ever Fall Ball Toy Drive Tournament on Sunday November 3rd 2024! We would like to invite coaches, athletes, and their families out to meet our MSF staff, pick up uniforms, receive important information about the tournament (schedules/field locations), and enjoy food fun and music.
The event Meet and Greet will be held on Friday October 25 2024 from 6p-8p at Clay Gould Ballpark 1301 S. Fielder Rd. Arlington, TX 76013 (USE GOOGLE MAPS). We encourage all athletes and their families to attend. We are going to have some really cool surprises. However, if an athlete is not able to attend with their families coaches will be responsible for picking up uniforms for all athletes that are not in attendance on October 25.
Meet and Greet Schedule:
From 6p-6:30p we will be discussing details for the day of the tournament and handing out schedules to coaches.
From 6:30p-7p we will be handing out uniforms to the athletes.
From 7p-8p families will have an opportunity to eat and explore the stadium.
What you need to bring:
Athletes can bring a bat and batting gloves.
