MSF Fall Ball Toy Drive Tournament

We are excited to have you participate in our First Annual Fall Ball Toy Drive Tournament on November 3rd 2024! This event will provide our participants with an opportunity to compete in a fun round robin tournament while also giving back to the families that Metro Sports Fieldhouse serves through our Jingle Jam Holiday giveback event!

How will the Fall Ball Toy Drive Tournament work?

  • We will be inviting 4 9u teams and 4 10u teams to participate in the tournament.

  • Coaches will sign their teams up using the registration form on this page.

  • Once registered coaches will receive an email from contactus@metrosportsfieldhouse.com with a team rosters template that will be need to be filled in by September 16, 2024.

  • MSF will also email a link to a digital waiver that will need to be completed by a parent or guardian for each player on the team roster by September 16th, 2024.

  • Coaches and parents will receive tournament schedules and kids will be able to pick up their uniforms during the Fall Ball Tournament Check In event (details will be emailed to coaches after rosters have been submitted).

  • Each team will have a total of 3 games.

  • Once we have all the spots filled the registration form will be taken down.

  • Once registered the fun begins!

    • Teams will begin facilitating toy drives to support MSF’s Jingle Jam immediately after submitting rosters.

    • The age groups for toys donated is K-8th.

    • Toy donations will be collected during the tournament.

    • The teams that raise the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd most toys will win prizes that will be provided to winning teams on the field during the tournament.
