This registration form is for MSF participants that have attended camp(s) in the 2026 calendar year. You are now eligible to RSVP for sneaker receipt during our 2026 Back to School Family Health and Wellness Fair. Camp attendance guarantees that your child will receive a pair of sneakers in their registered size during our 2026 Family Health and Wellness Fair on Sunday August 9th, 2026.

We will send a future email prior to the event date with additional details for the event and an RSVP barcode that you must have in order to receive sneakers during the event. If you have multiple children that attended an event you must complete a separate registration form for each child. While completing the form and selecting sneaker sizes please ensure that you consider possible growth for your child’s feet between time of registration and the actual date of the event. Registration deadline is July 25th. We can not guarantee that we will have extra sizes available to swap.

It is very important that you DO NOT SHARE THIS REGISTRATION LINK. Again this link is for participants that have attended at least one MSF camp in 2026.

If you use this link to register and you did not attend a camp in 2026 you will not receive an RSVP barcode and will not be guaranteed sneakers. However, we encourage families that did not attend a previous camp to consider attending the event and benefiting from other resources that MSF and our community partners will provide onsite. MSF will have additional sneakers of various sizes and styles available but can not guarantee sizes for those that have not attended a previous camp to qualify for sneaker reservation.
